ສະຫະກອນ ສົ່ງເສີມກະສິກຳ ເມືອງຫົງສາ ແມ່ນອົງກອນຈັດຕັ້ງລວມໝູ່ໄດ້ຮັບອະນຸຍາດສ້າງຕັ້ງຂຶ້ນໃນປີ 2018 ຕາມດຳລັດ ວ່າດ້ວຍສະຫະກອນ ສະບັບເລກທີ 136/ນຍ,ລົງວັນທີ 05.03.2010ໂດຍການເຕົ້າໂຮມເອົາ 10 ກຸ່ມອາຊີບມາຈັດຕັ້ງເປັນສະຫະກອນ ແລະ ຕັ້ງຊື່ວ່າ ສະຫະກອນ ສົ່ງເສີມກະສິກຳ ເມືອງຫົງສາ ໃນນີ້ມີກຸ່ມຜະລິດກະສິກຳ 3 ກຸ່ມ, ກຸ່ມປຸງແຕ່ງຜົນຜະລິດກະສິກໍາ 2 ກຸ່ມ, ຕັດຫຍິບ 1 ກຸ່ມ, ລ້ຽງສັດ 2 ກຸ່ມ, ຫັດຖະກໍາຈັກສານ 1 ກຸ່ມ ແລະ ຮວບຮວມຜົນຜະລິດ 1 ກຸ່ມ,ປັດຈຸບັນມີສະມາຊິກທັງໝົດ 137 ຄອບຄົວ. ມີລະບົບການຄຸ້ມຄອງຕົນເອງ, ສະມາຊິກຈະຕ້ອງມີຮຸ້ນໃນສະຫະກອນຢ່າງໜ້ອຍ 1 ຮຸ້ນແລະຜູ້ຖືຮຸ້ນເປັນເຈົ້າຂອງສະຫະກອນ, ມີທືນຈັດທະບຽບທັໝົດ 200,000,000 ກີບ

Hongsa District Agricultural Promotion Cooperative is a collective organization authorized to be established in 2018 according to the Decree on Cooperatives No. 136/Nya , dated 05.03.2010 by bringing together 10 occupational groups to form a cooperative and called that Hongsa District Agricultural Promotion Cooperative. There are 3 agricultural production groups, 2 agricultural production groups , 1 sewing group , and 2 animal husbandry groups; group of courts crafting and 1 collection of products , currently there are 137 members Family. There is a self-management system , members must have at least 1 share in the cooperative and the shareholder is the owner of the cooperative, with a total of 200,000,000 kip.
The management and administration system of the cooperative includes 10 members of the management committee : 7 members of the management committee and 3 members of the inspection committee called the management side .
